About Us
Our Story
Founded in December 2023 by Catherine E. Stephenson, IROSA Cares, Inc. was born from a passion for service, education, and empowering young people to make a difference. Named in honor of Catherine's parents, Ira and Rose, IROSA reflects a family legacy of kindness, compassion, and giving back.
With more than 35 years of experience as an educator, Catherine recognized the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for underserved youth and their families to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and strengthen their communities through volunteerism.
Today, IROSA Cares is a Stamford, Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of changemakers through education, service, and community partnerships.
